We definitely need to hold on to these folks. It seems that they try out the professional organization and then leave or leave teaching. I'm positive we need to find some way of providing support that has a direct and immediate impact in the classroom to maintain viability. Of course that is one of the reasons for this new site and why I want folks of all experience to contribute content. BW Todd,
