KABT Board Business

During the Feb. 10 conference call the board will discuss potential changes to the state map.
In preparation please view the state map posted previously. The goal of any change is to recruit not just new members but to invite teachers to be come more involved with their  professional organization. Here are some questions that may stimulate conversation on the blog or during the conference call.

1) Todd will you comment on the areas covered by community college gatherings or service areas for biology teachers?
2)Richard , does Emporia bring in teachers from different counties?
3)Pat what changes did you record in the minutes as possibilities?
4)Other board members thoughts?
My goal is  to recruit individuals that want to become active in the improvement of biology education through KABT leadership.
